amended
by
adding
the
following

subparagraph

That
the
assessment
shall

collect
information
from
a
student
enrolled
in
a
school

related
to
the
student’s
race,
color,
creed,
or
place

of
national
origin
unless
required
by
federal
law,

Succeeds
Act,
Pub.

is
amended
by
adding
the

new
subsection:

charter
school
governing
board
shall

not
administer
to
any
student
any
test,
assessment,
or
other

means

evaluation,
or
any
related
form,
that
collects
from

the
student
information
related
to
the
student’s
race,
color,

place
of
national
origin
unless
required
by
federal

law,
including
the
federal

Student
Succeeds
Act,
