Section

Code
2013,
is
amended
by
adding

the
following
new
subsection:

NEW
SUBSECTION

11.
A
city
that
operates
and
maintains

parking
meters,
either
on-street
or
off-street,
shall
not

enforce
any
ordinance
related
to
parking
at
such
parking
meters
5
against
an
owner
of
a
vehicle
bearing
purple
heart
plates

issued
pursuant
to
section
321.34,
subsection
18.

This

cities
from
enforcing

ordinances
against
an
