There
is
appropriated
from
the
general

of
the
state
to
the
department
of
public
health
for
the

fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2020,
and
ending

30,
2021,

addition
to
any
other
funds
appropriated
for
the
state

poison
control
center
for
the
same
fiscal
year,
the

or
so
much
thereof,
as
is
necessary,
for
the
purpose
