APPROPRIATIONS.
There
is
appropriated
from
the
general
fund

of
the
state
to
the
department
on
aging
for
the
fiscal
year

beginning
July
1,
2013,
and
ending
June
30,
2014,
the
following

amounts,
or
so
much
thereof
as
is
necessary,
to
be
used
for
the

purposes
designated:

an
additional
local
long-term
care
resident’s

the
