1.
Section
802.2,
subsection
1,
Code
2019,
is

amended
to
read
as
follows:

limitations
of
certain
criminal

committed
on

with
minors.

amendment
to
Code
section
802.2
provides
that
an

information
or
indictment
for
sexual
abuse
in
the
first,

or

degree
committed
on
or
with
a
person
who

is
under
the
age
of
18
years
may
be
found
at
any
time
after

of
the
offense.
Under
current
law,

on
