That
the

Rules

General
Assembly,
as
adopted
by

during
the
2023
Regular
Session
of
the
Ninetieth

Assembly,
are
amended
as
follows:

On
or
before

a.m.
on
July
11,
2023,
the

senate
shall
conclude
debate
and
vote
on
the
adoption

of
Senate
Concurrent
Resolution

or
House
Concurrent

Resolution

to
provide
for
the
business
of
the
2023
13
First
Extraordinary
Session
of
the
Ninetieth
General

Assembly
pursuant
to
joint
rule

Both
parties
may
utilize
the
time
after
the

morning
recess
of
the
senate
and
prior
to
the
11:00

a.m.
convening
of
the
senate
state
government
committee

July

2023,
for
party
caucuses.

The

shall
meet

The

of
business
