the
general
fund
of
the
state
to
the

chief
information
officer
for
the
fiscal

much

as
is
necessary,
to
be
used
for
the

Notwithstanding
section
8.33,
moneys
appropriated
in
this

that
remain
unencumbered

unobligated
at
the
close

not
revert
but
shall
remain
available
for

expenditure
for
the
purposes
designated
until
the
close
of
the
13
succeeding
fiscal
year.

Sec.
2.
EFFECTIVE
DATE.
This
Act,
being
deemed
of
immediate
15
importance,
takes
effect
upon
enactment.

inclusion
of
this
explanation
does

constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
appropriates
moneys
for
FY
2020-2021
(current

fiscal
year)
from
the
general
fund
of
the
state
to
the
office

of
the
chief
information
officer
for
implementation
of
a
new

state
central
personnel,
accounting,
and
budget
system.

The
bill
takes
effect
upon
enactment.
