committed
to
the
custody
of

the
director
of
the
Iowa
department
of
corrections
or
placed

under
the
supervision
of
the
Iowa

of
corrections.

agreement

This
bill
prohibits
the
department
of
health
and
human

services
from
issuing
a
medical
cannabidiol
registration
card

to
a
person
who
is
committed
to
the
custody
of
the
director
of
17
the
department
of
corrections
or
under
the
supervision
of
the
18
department
of
corrections.

The
bill
requires
the
department
of
health
and
human
20
services
to
adopt
rules
to
revoke
a
medical
cannabidiol
21
registration
card
issued
to
a
person
who
becomes
committed
to
22
the
custody
of
the
director
of
the
department
of
corrections
or
23
placed
under
the
supervision
of
the
department
of
corrections.
