administer
this
program
and
shall

tuition
and
mandatory
fees,
defining
residence

the
purposes

this
subpart

applications
for
tuition
grants,

determining
priority

commission
may
provide
for
proration
of
funds

if
the
available
funds
are
insufficient
to
pay
all
approved

grants.
Such
proration
shall
take
primary
account
of
the

financial
need
of
the
applicant.
In
determining
who
is
a

resident
of
Iowa,
the
commission’s
rules
shall
be
at
least
as
30
restrictive
as
those
of
the
board
of
regents.

bill
relates

college
student

commission’s

Current
law
requires
the
college
student
aid
commission

to
submit
an
annual
report
to
the
general
assembly
which

provides,
by
program,
the
number
of
individuals
who
received
29
loan
forgiveness
or
loan
repayment
in
the
previous
fiscal
30
year;
the
amounts
paid
to
or
on
behalf
of
individuals
under
31
the
chiropractic
loan
forgiveness
program,
the
teacher
32
shortage
loan
forgiveness
program,
and
the
health
care
award
33
program;
the
institutions
from
which
individuals
graduated;
and
34
proposed
statutory
changes.
The
bill
modifies
these
