Canned
cocktails

applicability

manufacture
.

1.
Unless
otherwise
provided
by
this
chapter
,
the

provisions
of
this
chapter
applicable
to
beer
shall
also
apply
5
to
canned
cocktails.

2.
Notwithstanding
any
provision
of
this
chapter
to
the
7
contrary,
a
manufacturer
of
beer
may
obtain
and
possess
8
alcoholic
liquor
from
the
division
for
the
purpose
of
9
manufacturing
canned
cocktails.

EXPLANATION

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with
12
the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
allows
a
manufacturer
of
beer
to
obtain
and
possess
14
alcoholic
liquor
for
the
purpose
of
manufacturing
canned
15
cocktails.
