filing

due
and
according
to
rules
adopted
by
the

board.

bill
relates
to
the
filing
of
certain
reports
with
the

board.
The
bill
changes

the
deadline
for
the
filing
of
a
verified
statement
from
a

federal
or
out-of-state
committee
or
organization
that
makes
a
20
contribution
to
a
committee
organized
in
Iowa
from
4:30
p.m.
on
21
the
day
the
filing
is
due
to
11:59
p.m.
and
requires
that
the
22
report
be
filed
in
an
electronic
format.
The
bill
also
changes
23
the
filing
deadline
for
statements
and
reports
filed
by
a
state
24
or
county
statutory
political
committee,
political
committee,
25
or
candidate’s
committee
from
4:30
p.m.
to
11:59
p.m.
on
the
26
day
the
filing
is
due.
