for

aid

for
the

fiscal

is
zero.

the
fiscal
year

salary

adjustments

provided

funded
as
determined

department

management,
subject
to
any
applicable

constitutional
limitation,
using
unappropriated
moneys

remaining
in
the
department
of
commerce
revolving
fund,
the

gaming
enforcement
revolving
fund,
the
gaming
regulatory

fund,
the
primary
road
fund,
the
road
use
tax

fish
and
game
protection
