IT
RESOLVED
BY
THE
SENATE,
That
the
Senate
Code

of
Ethics,
as
adopted
by
the
Senate
during
the
2017

Session
in
Senate
Resolution
2,
is
amended
by
adding
5
the
following
new
rule:

12A.
HARASSMENT
——
RETALIATION.
Senators,
7
lobbyists,
and
clients
of
lobbyists
shall
not
engage
8
in
conduct
that
constitutes
harassment
or
retaliation
9
as
provided
in
the
personnel
guidelines
for
the
Iowa
10
Senate.
