Bill Title: Amends existing law to provide exemption to the law regulating electrical contractors for the installation, maintenance and wiring for landscape sprinkler controls or communications circuits, wires and apparatus that include telephone systems, telegraph facilities, sound systems, radio and television systems, public address and intercom systems, data communications systems, antenna systems, fiber optics and similar systems.
