AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 184
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 184, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
3, on page 1, line 13, by inserting after "recidivate" the
following:
", or on parole or mandatory supervised release for first
degree murder, a Class X felony, or a Class 1 felony violation
of the Criminal Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012, or
any felony that requires registration as a sex offender under
the Sex Offender Registration Act,"; and
on page 3, line 2, by inserting after "recidivate" the
following:
