AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 222
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 222 as follows:
on page 1, by replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:
"(c) In this subsection, "employee" means any school
district employee or volunteer or any employee of a contractor
who provides services to a school or school district.
In addition to any reporting requirements under the Abused
and Neglected Child Reporting Act, if an employee receives a
written, electronic, or verbal"; and
on page 2, line 2, by replacing "another school district" with
"another"; and
on page 2, by replacing line 3 with "employee, the employee who
received"; and
on page 2, by replacing lines 23 through 25 with the following:
