with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 1, as follows:
on page 6, line 1, after "Department", by inserting ", subject
to appropriation,"; and
on page 7, line 5, by replacing "The" with "Subject to funds
appropriated to the Rust Belt to Green Belt Fund, the"; and
on page 88, by line 2, by replacing "upon" with "6 months
after".
