AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 925
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 925, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, on page 2, immediately below line 11, by inserting the
following:
"Section 10. The Mobile Home Park Act is amended by adding
Section 2.11 as follows:
(210 ILCS 115/2.11 new)
Sec. 2.11. Normal maintenance. "Normal maintenance" means
servicing or repairing existing devices, equipment,
facilities, infrastructure, or supporting utilities, or
replacing those items in identical fashion with the same size,
make, and model as the existing items and in accordance with
applicable codes.".
