| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1086 on page 4, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(c) A grant under this Section shall be based on whether | ||||||
| 5 | the applicant has financial need, as determined by the | ||||||
| 6 | Commission using the information reported on the applicant's | ||||||
| 7 | Free Application For Federal Student Aid."; and
| ||||||
| 8 | on page 3, line 6, by replacing "2023" with "2024".
