| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1357
| ||||||
| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1357 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | "Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District | ||||||
| 5 | Act is amended by adding Section 7i as follows:
| ||||||
| 6 | (70 ILCS 2605/7i new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 7i. Watershed management conformance. No later than | ||||||
| 8 | one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the | ||||||
| 9 | 102nd General Assembly, railroads owning more than 5% of land | ||||||
| 10 | in a municipality within the Metropolitan Water Reclamation | ||||||
| 11 | District shall be in conformance with the requirements of the | ||||||
| 12 | District's Watershed Management Ordinance.
| ||||||
| 13 | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
| 14 | becoming law.".
