AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2492
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2492, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, on page 70, immediately below line 17, by inserting the
following:
"All contracts paid by bonds issued pursuant to this
Section shall include a requirement that the qualified
provider (i) enter into a project labor agreement with the
applicable building and construction trades council and (ii)
provide a plan to comply with the utilization goals for
business enterprises established in the Business Enterprise
for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act.".
