| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2572

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2572, on page 1, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 11 through 17 with "or any other entity to be | ||||||
| 4 | used for conversion therapy. The State shall not enter into | ||||||
| 5 | any contract for the provision of conversion therapy. Any | ||||||
| 6 | contract entered into or renewed after the effective date of | ||||||
| 7 | this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly that is used | ||||||
| 8 | or will be used for conversion therapy shall be void and | ||||||
| 9 | unenforceable as contrary to public policy.".
