AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2589
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2589 on page 3, line
11, by replacing "youth" with the following:
"a youth in the care and custody of the Department of Children
and Family Services who is"; and
on page 6, line 5, by inserting after "release" the following:
"of a youth in the care and custody of the Department of
Children and Family Services".
