| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2928

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2928 as follows:

| 3 | on page 7, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following:

| 4 | "the use of foundational materials and original sources that | ||||||
| 5 | reside in the public domain or open educational resource | ||||||
| 6 | materials in support of the degree program set forth in | ||||||
| 7 | Section 10 and to make recommendations to the General Assembly | ||||||
| 8 | no later than December 31, 2022. The panel is dissolved on | ||||||
| 9 | January 31, 2023."; and

| 10 | on page 7, by replacing line 12 with the following:
