AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3291
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3291 on page 4,
immediately below line 11, by inserting the following:
"This subsection does not apply to the Illinois State
Police."; and
on page 5, line 19, after "police or emergency vehicles,", by
inserting "including, but not limited to, vehicles used by the
Illinois State Police,".
