AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3498, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, on page 2, line 1, by replacing "2026" with "2022"; and
on page 2, line 13, by replacing "2026" with "2022"; and
on page 6, by replacing lines 18 through 20 with "health care
professional provider and a patient;"; and
on page 9, by replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:
"(h) The Department may adopt rules to implement the
provisions of this Section."; and
on page 12, by replacing lines 11 through 13 with the
following:
"(b) The Department may adopt rules to implement the
provisions of this Section.".
