AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4275
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4275 by replacing
everything after the enacting clause with the following:
"(815 ILCS 645/8 rep.)
Section 5. The Physical Fitness Services Act is amended by
repealing Section 8.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect June 1,
2018.".
