with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 2, on page 1, line 14, by replacing "Act." with "Act. This
prohibition does not apply to the partial use by a non-utility
entity of a logo belonging to an electric utility that serves
fewer than 200,000 customers in this State.".
