AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4688
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4688 on page 10, by
replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:
"(1) Intentional material misstatement in furnishing
information to the Department"; and
on page 30, by replacing lines 3 through 6 with the following:
"proceedings. The Department shall furnish a transcript of the
record to any person interested in such hearing upon payment of
the fee required under Section 2105-115 of the Department of
Professional Regulation Law (20 ILCS 2105/2105-115).".
