AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4888 on page 3, by
replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following:
"(B) the type of housing facility, whether a
private residence, transitional housing, homeless
shelter or other, committed persons are released to
from Department correctional institutions and
facilities;".
