| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5056

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5056 on page 84, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing line 7 with the following: "Department as set forth | ||||||
| 4 | in Section 13-109. Any first division vehicle that has a gross | ||||||
| 5 | weight of 8,000 lbs or more and is used for any commercial | ||||||
| 6 | purpose shall be subject to inspection by the Department. Each | ||||||
| 7 | second division".
