AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5544
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5544 on page 210,
line 17, by replacing "either" with , or within 2 miles of,";
and
on page 210, line 18, by deleting "in"; and
on page 211, line 24, by deleting "an"; and
on page 211, line 25, by inserting "an" after "in"; and
on page 213, by replacing lines 22 through 26 with the
following:
"(g) The Agency shall identify in the long-term
procurement plan the regional transmission organization or
independent transmission system operator to which energy
storage systems shall be interconnected in order to be
eligible to participate in a procurement of energy storage
