| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 90 on page 45, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 20 through 23 with the following:

| 4 | "(B) Freedom from Sexual Harassment-Employment and | ||||||
| 5 | Elementary, Secondary, and Higher Education. To prevent sexual | ||||||
| 6 | harassment in employment, real estate transactions, access to | ||||||
| 7 | financial credit, and public accommodations, including and | ||||||
| 8 | sexual harassment in elementary, secondary, and higher | ||||||
| 9 | education.".
