AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 685
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 685 by replacing
everything after the enacting clause with the following:
"Section 5. The Film Production Services Tax Credit Act of
2008 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(35 ILCS 16/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Film
Production Services Tax Credit Act of 2008.
