AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1351 as follows:
on page 3, line 7, by deleting "and"; and
on page 3, line 9, by replacing "." with "; and"; and
on page 3, immediately below line 9, by inserting the
following:
"(4) used permissibly under the Driver's Privacy
Protection Act (18 U.S.C. § 2721).".
