AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1646
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1646 as follows:
on page 2, line 21, before the period, by inserting ", except
that links to parts of the recordkeeper's website that are
generally available to the public, are about commercial
products, and may be encountered by a participant in the
regular course of navigating the recordkeeper's website will
not constitute a violation of this item (ii)"; and
on page 6, line 22, before the period, by inserting ", except
that links to parts of the recordkeeper's website that are
generally available to the public, are about commercial
products, and may be encountered by a participant in the
regular course of navigating the recordkeeper's website will
not constitute a violation of this item (ii)"; and
on page 9, line 11, before the period, by inserting ", except
