| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1751

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1751 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | "Section 5. The Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and | ||||||
| 5 | Coal Resources
Development Law of 1997 is amended by changing | ||||||
| 6 | Section 6-7 as follows:

| 7 | (20 ILCS 687/6-7)
| ||||||
| 8 | (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 12, 2015)
| ||||||
| 9 | Sec. 6-7. Repeal. The provisions of this Law are repealed | ||||||
| 10 | on December 31 12, 2020 2015.
