AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1797
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1797 as follows:
on page 1, line 9, after "that", by inserting "in State fiscal
year 2011"; and
on page 1, by replacing line 10 with "Medicaid acute inpatient
days of service to Medicaid eligible recipients, all of which
were provided in an acute care setting,; and
on page 1, line 13, by deleting "an amount equal to".
