| 4 | "registered or certified"; and

| 5 | on page 37, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with "licensee's | ||||||
| 6 | address of record or, if in the course of the administrative | ||||||
| 7 | proceeding the party has previously designated a specific | ||||||
| 8 | email address at which to accept electronic service for that | ||||||
| 9 | specific proceeding, by sending a copy by email to the party's | ||||||
