AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2301
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2301 on page 4, by
replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
"(35) Ownership and operation of sewage works on a
mutual or cooperative basis. As used in this item (35),
"sewage works" has the meaning provided in Section 3.455 of
the Environmental Protection Act."; and
on page 5, line 11, by changing "23, and 35" to "and (23)".
