| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2322

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2322 on page 2, | ||||||
| 3 | lines 6 through 9, by deleting "a community-integrated living | ||||||
| 4 | arrangement as defined in Section 3 of the | ||||||
| 5 | Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and | ||||||
| 6 | Certification Act;"; and

| 7 | on page 2, line 16, after the period, by inserting ""Facility" | ||||||
| 8 | does not include a hospital as defined in the Hospital | ||||||
| 9 | Licensing Act or any hospital authorized under the University | ||||||
| 10 | of Illinois Hospital Act. "Facility" does not include any | ||||||
| 11 | facility that the Department of Public Health or the | ||||||
| 12 | Department of Veterans' Affairs does not regulate.".
