AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2323
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2323 on page 2,
line 9, after "devices", by inserting ", ordinarily worn by
the youth during transport,"; and
on page 2, line 17, after "Act", by inserting "and youth in the
protective custody of the Department"; and
on page 3, immediately below line 15, by inserting the
following:
"For youth who are psychiatrically hospitalized,
discharge and placement planning shall begin from the
moment of admission, including developing the
transportation plan required by this Section and seeking
court approval as necessary.".
