| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2942

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2942 on page 1, | ||||||
| 3 | line 16, by inserting after "media." the following:

| 4 | "When the court anticipates that videos, photographs, or | ||||||
| 5 | depictions of a minor under 18 years of age engaged in a sex | ||||||
| 6 | act will be displayed in open court, the court may exclude from | ||||||
| 7 | the proceedings all persons who, in the opinion of the court, | ||||||
| 8 | do not have a direct interest in the case, except the media.".
