AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2950
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2950 on page 6,
line 11, by inserting after "under" the following "subsection
(a) of"; and
on page 6, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the following:
"regulation. For purposes of the 35-day appeal period of
subsection (a) of Section 41, a person is deemed to have been
served with the Board's final order on the date on which the
rule or regulation becomes effective pursuant to the Illinois
Administrative Procedure Act.".
