| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3030

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3030 on page 1, by | ||||||
| 3 | inserting immediately below line 6 the following: | ||||||
| 4 | ""Family member of the respondent" means a spouse, parent, | ||||||
| 5 | child, or step-child of the respondent, any other person | ||||||
| 6 | related by blood or present marriage to the respondent, or a | ||||||
| 7 | person who shares a common dwelling with the respondent."; and
| ||||||
| 8 | on page 1, by replacing line 17 with the following: | ||||||
| 9 | "this Act;".
