AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3073
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3073 on page 2, by
replacing lines 9 through 14 with the following:
"(6) the State recognizes the critical need to
zealously guard and vigilantly protect the water quality
and public uses of public bodies of water throughout the
State, including Lake Michigan."; and
on page 13, line 9, after "facility", by inserting "that is not
disposed of, treated, stored, or abandoned in a CCR surface
impoundment,"; and
on page 13, line 10, by replacing "the" with "that".
