Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the bill as amended by Senate Amendment No. 3 with the following changes. Provides that any pharmacist who dispenses in good faith based upon a valid prescription (rather than upon a prescription) that is not prescribed electronically may be exempt (rather than is exempt) from any disciplinary action.
