1 | AN ACT concerning wildlife.
| ||||||
2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||||
4 | Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing Section | ||||||
5 | 1.2b-1 as follows:
| ||||||
6 | (520 ILCS 5/1.2b-1) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.2b-1)
| ||||||
7 | Sec. 1.2b-1. Case. "Case" Case means any case, firearm | ||||||
8 | carrying box, shipping box, or container acceptable under | ||||||
9 | Article 24 of the Criminal Code of 1961 a container | ||||||
10 | specifically
designed for the purpose of housing a gun or bow | ||||||
11 | and arrow device which
completely encloses such gun or bow and | ||||||
12 | arrow device by being zipped,
snapped, buckled, tied or | ||||||
13 | otherwise fastened with no portion of the gun or
bow and arrow | ||||||
14 | device exposed .
