AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Right to Privacy in the Workplace Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(820 ILCS 55/1) (from Ch. 48, par. 2851)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Right
to Privacy in the Workplace Act.
