AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Community Emergency Services and Support
Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title.
(a) This Act may be cited as the the Community Emergency
Services and Support Act.
(b) This Act may be referred to as the Stephon Edward Watts
Act.
